PAYMENT SCHEDULE 

· In consideration for the performance of the Services, the Client shall pay Total Cost of Package $2500 or $1000 to the Company (collectively, the “Fee”), which, subject to the terms of this Agreement, shall be paid to the Company in the following manner: 

· The Client shall pay CAD $2500 by wire transfer to Sabrang Enterprises Ltd 

· In any case of visa refusal CAD $750 retained by the Company as a Deposit and rest CAD 1750 will be refunded. 

No refund for INVESTORS / VISITORS STANDARD PACKAGES

WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT 

WARNING: BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT YOU WILL WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE, CLAIM DAMAGES, AND SEEK COMPENSATION. 

This document is to be signed by a participant (the “Participant”) in the Sabrang Canada India International Expo 2026 (the “Expo”), which is owned and operated by Sabrang Enterprises Ltd (collectively with the Expo, the “Released Parties”). The Participant will be traveling to Canada to attend the Expo and activities (all travel, events and activities in connection with and related to the CII Expo 2026 are collectively referred to herein as the “Activities”).
